One of our most popular flavour pastes, our Vanilla Bourbon Bean is an absolute knock out! Think, smooth and silky vanilla flavour with delicate, aromatic floral lemon notes. This paste has a light yellow colour and delivers a gelato flavour that's more akin to a tradition French vanilla. We infuse the paste with super premium Madagascan Vanilla Bourbon Beans, this variety of vanilla bean takes it's name from it's region 'Bourbon Island' and is alcohol free.
